Not only did they promptly return the forgotten sim cards I left in my room, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The heating system, including the efficient oil heater, provided a cozy warmth that was much appreciated during the chilly evenings. The air conditioning was a welcome relief during the hot afternoons, offering a perfect balance of temperatures throughout the day. The terrace overlooking the stunning views was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine, further enhancing my overall experience at this gem of a hotel.
